          İZPEK YAPI olarak, çevreye duyarlı modern, teknolojik ve “Yaşamaya Değer Yapılar” ortaya koyarken, bunu yalnız başımıza yapmadığımızın, büyük bir aile olduğumuzun bilincinde olarak yola devam ediyoruz. Bizimle birlikte hedeflerimize yürüyen tüm yol arkadaşlarımızı da tıpkı kendimiz gibi görüyor ve onların sosyal doyuma ulaştıkları, sağlıklarının ve ailelerinin güvence altında olduğu bir politika izliyoruz.

          Bu politika bağlamında İZPEK YAPI olarak,

• • To comply with the occupational health and safety laws and regulations in force in our country or in the countries where we operate,
  • To take into account the expectations of all parties, including employers, while implementing the Occupational Health and Safety management system,
  • To periodically review the Occupational Health and Safety Policy in order to ensure ongoing compliance with the established requirements,
  • To implement Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) experiences gained through cooperation with public institutions, private sector organizations, and non-governmental organizations, and to share this knowledge with our stakeholders,
  • To prevent the formation of hazardous environments that may lead to accidents and to eliminate existing dangerous conditions,
  • To be prepared for emergency situations,
  • To make the necessary announcements and carry out training and awareness activities in order to ensure that all our employees are aware of their Occupational Health and Safety responsibilities,
  • To provide the necessary training and education in order to ensure that all our suppliers and subcontractors achieve awareness regarding occupational health and safety,
