Our Environmental Policy

          İZPEK YAPI motto olarak benimsediği ve her fırsatta dile getirdiği ‘’Yaşamaya Değer Yapılar’’ projelendirme ve üretme konusundaki başarısının haricinde, bu projeleri üretmek için ‘’Yaşamaya Değer Bir Dünya’’ için de çalışması gerektiğinin bilincinde olan bir firmadır. Çünkü yapılar ne kadar sağlam, kaliteli ve modern olursa olsun içinde hayat bulduğu dünya var oldukça anlam bulacaktır.

          Bu nedenle, çevre politikası olarak benimsediği ilkelere sıkı kurallarla bağlı çalışan İZPEK YAPI, hayata geçirdiği her bir daire için 10 fidan dikerek ekolojik sisteme katkı sağlayan bir sosyal sorumluluk projesi yürütmektedir. Bu sosyal projenin yanı sıra pek çok alanda, kullandığı malzemelerde ve bünyesindeki insan gücünün efektif kanalize edilmesiyle de İZPEK YAPI, çevreye duyarlı bir firma olduğunu göstermektedir.

          Maddeler halinde sıralamak gerekirse İZPEK YAPI’nın Çevre Politikası şu şekildedir;

• • It identifies the environmental impacts of its activities and takes all necessary measures to minimize negative effects.
  • It uses the energy and natural resources required for its operations in the most efficient way and takes the necessary measures to prevent waste.
  • It keeps the waste generated as a result of its activities under control. It takes the necessary measures to prevent the pollution of air, water, and soil, and continuously improves these practices.
  • It ensures that all applicable environmental legislation and the requirements set by the organizations of which it is a member are fully complied with in its operations, services, and projects, and continuously conducts inspections to maintain these standards.
  • It works to ensure that all environmental activities are carried out in line with the policies it has established and maintains the continuity of these practices.
