Silkroad - Almaty

Designed for Almaty, one of Kazakhstan's oldest settlements and a historic gateway of the ancient Silk Road, Silkroad was envisioned as a landmark mixed-use development that combines contemporary architecture with vibrant urban living. The project was planned with a two-level shopping center at its base and luxury residences rising above, creating a seamless integration of retail, lifestyle, and residential spaces. Its striking glass volumes, dynamic massing, and iconic silhouette were conceived to become a defining element of the city's skyline, reflecting İzpek's vision of timeless architecture inspired by history while embracing the future.
