SRNC Gaziemir was envisioned as a contemporary residential community that embraces the natural character of Sarnıç, one of İzmir's greenest and most peaceful districts. Designed with low-rise architecture, expansive terraces, landscaped rooftop gardens, and resort-style social amenities, the project offers a calm and refreshing lifestyle surrounded by nature. Its organically shaped swimming pools, lush landscaping, and generous outdoor living spaces were carefully planned to provide a healthier and more relaxing environment while maintaining close proximity to the city. As one of İzpek's conceptual design studies, SRNC Gaziemir reflects a vision where modern architecture and nature coexist in perfect harmony.
